“All the darkness in the world cannot extinguish the light of a single candle.” – St. Francis of Assisi
You hold a light within you. It's the spark of your unique, unrepeatable, and irreplaceable essence, that is a true gift to the world. And even when life presents immense challenges and it seems impossible to believe that things will get better, there is always hope (or I believe there is always hope)! I would be honored to help you move toward hope and light in your life, to a place of healing and wholeness. During our time together, I will walk alongside you while you come to life-changing realizations. I will inspire you to work hard to make positive, lasting changes in your life.
My goal is to make you feel safe, relaxed and empowered–I want you to feel as if you can be unashamedly yourself with me. I will do my best to put you at ease with my warm, accepting and encouraging demeanor. You can expect to be able to share your most pressing issues in each session, as well as work on the goals we have set for your therapy journey. I typically give some type of connection activity for you to work on between sessions, which will reinforce the work you did in session. Therapy is a partnership, one in which you and I work together with the goal of you becoming the person you were made (meant) to be. Let’s begin.
