What information do we collect?

We collect personal information that you provide to us such as name, email address, phone number, and other information you disclose as part of your inquiry.  

How do we use your information?

We use the information we collect to help you schedule an appointment or respond to any other communication you initiate.

Will your information be shared with anyone?

We do not share, sell, rent, or trade your information with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes.  Service providers or consultants who provide services for us may have access to your information only as necessary to provide services.

Do we use cookies and other tracking technologies?

We may use cookies and similar tracking technologies.  We use cookies to compile data regarding site traffic and interactions in order to provide a better site experience.

How do we protect your information?

We have implemented technical and organization security measures designed to protect the personal information you provide to us.  Information you submit via our “request an appointment” form is stored in a secure, encrypted, location that can only be accessed by limited people in order to provide you with services.  Emails and texts are not considered a secure communication method.  Any texts and emails stored by us are within a secure environment but we cannot guarantee the security of information in transit.  

Do we collect information from minors?

We do not knowingly collect information from minors.  Parents or guardians may provide information on minor children during the process of scheduling an appointment for said child.

Do California residents have specific privacy rights?

The California Online Privacy Protection Act provides specific privacy rights to residents of California.  Under CalOPPA, you can:


a.  Access Your Data: You have the right to request a copy of the personally identifiable information (PII) that a website or online service collects about you. This includes details like your name, address, email, and browsing history.

b.  Review and Correct Your Data: If you find any inaccuracies in the information collected about you, you have the right to request corrections. Businesses must respond to your request within 30 days and make reasonable efforts to rectify any errors.

c.  Opt-Out of Information Sharing: CalOPPA grants you the right to prevent websites and online services from sharing your PII with third parties for marketing purposes. You can typically exercise this right through a checkbox or link on the website's privacy policy.

d.  Review the Privacy Policy: CalOPPA requires businesses to have a clear and conspicuous privacy policy outlining how they collect, use, and share PII. You have the right to review this policy and understand how your data is handled.

d.  File a Complaint: If you believe a website or online service is violating CalOPPA, you can file a complaint with the California Attorney General's Office. They will investigate your complaint and potentially take legal action against the offending business.
