DENA FROMBERG
MSW, SWLC
Welcome! It is my privilege to accompany clients on the courageous journey of self-discovery that is therapy. My mission is to walk alongside you, helping to uncover your strengths and resilience, leading to a more fulfilling life. At the heart of my approach is authentic connection, driven by my belief in the transformative power of the therapeutic relationship.
I strive to create a comfortable space where you can freely explore your thoughts, emotions, needs, and desires without judgment. I incorporate a diverse range of practices that focus on your distinct traits, thought patterns, constructed narratives, and alignment with your values.
Wherever you are on your path, I will meet you there with empathy and understanding, tailoring our sessions to support your individual needs and aspirations.
Some of the areas that interest me in my clinical practice include navigating relationship challenges, addressing mood disorders, guiding individuals through the grief process, life transitions, coping with illness, examining issues related to control and codependency, and overcoming the feeling of being stuck.
I hold a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Puget Sound and a Master of Social Work degree from Carroll College. Currently, I am working towards full licensure so that I can continue making a meaningful impact on the lives of those I work with.
