Orchid Club Wellness Workshop on March 11th from 3-4:30pm at the Bozeman Public Library
Join the Orchid Club for a workshop focusing on back health, safe transferring and carrying of children with special needs, and stress management!
Anyone in the community is welcome to listen to our speakers and participate in the exercises:
* Elly Bruursema, an adult physical therapist at MOSAIC Rehabilitation - Belgrade
* Rachael Dunkel, a licensed clinical professional counselor at Bridger Peaks Counseling & Recovery Services, LLC
* Zoe Strauss, licensed acupuncturist at PRH Community Acupuncture
* Texel Feder, yoga teacher at Texel Feder Yoga
Bring a yoga mat & wear comfy clothes so you can participate in a few back-friendly movements. Children are welcome, but we ask that they are healthy and not too distracting.

Rachael L. Dunkel is a licensed clinical professional counselor and licensed addiction counselor who has worked in Bozeman MT for the past five years helping individuals with concerns spanning from adjustment issues to post traumatic stress disorder and substance use concerns. During the wellness workshop, Rachael will be sharing about the impact of stress on our mental health and how as parents of special needs children, we need to find unique outlets to engage in self-care. She will be presenting strategies of self-compassion and wholehearted living as means of stress management.
